A leading national provider of home health services is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health Clinical Coordinator position in Indianapolis, IN. Will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to team of field based nurses who provide care to Indianapolis area patients and families.

Required qualifications:
* 1-2 years of home health leadership
* Current Indiana RN license

An excellent compensation ($60,000 - $70,000 base salary plus performance bonus) and benefits package is available for well qualified candidates.
