Home Hospice Nurse
Location: Philadelphia, PA
A leading national provider of home hospice services is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Hospice Nurse position in the Philadelphia area. Will be responsible for the planning and care of end of life patients and families and maximizing their comfort and health. Territories are currently available in Chester and Delaware counties.

Required qualifications:
* 1 year of hospice or home health nursing experience
* Current Pennsylvania RN license
* Current Pennsylvania RN license
An excellent compensation ($60,000-$67,000 base salary) and benefits package is offered for well qualified candidates.
